1)Well just the other day i was checking stores for a new soccer ball and since it was fifa at that time it was highly likely that they were sold out.Anyway i went to a store and asked the clerk if they had any soccer balls in stock he just simply nodded and carried off his business.Something told me to ignore him and check the shelves apart from my doubt that they had none.I mustered up enough faith and headed to the shelf confidently and believe it or not i found one, it was the last one.
2)A month ago I got a 2 month old puppy and he had no shots. One evening on arriving home i realized he was looking sick and his tongue was white. When i carried him to the vet the vet said he had Parvo. When i carried him home i shunned the vet's warning and had complete faith that it would pass on and believe me now my pup is 3 months plus and still playful and healthy as ever.

These stories are just a fraction of what faith can do . To the entire vizzed board i simply say faith can move mountains in your life.

Faith is amazing believing and having faith in Jesus Christ is essential. As you said it can move mountains. The Bible tells us how we should have faith. So glad to hear that your puppy is doing well that is so awesome

In the first instance you didnt even have any faith, so how exactly is that relevant?

As for the 2nd, I'm glad you're dog is all right but that was absolutely the wrong decision(unless you got it treatment and didn't say that).
It is highly infectious and can easily kill dogs. Yours could of died, or another dog could have got the virus. You need to make sure you're dog gets all its shots. If you don't, you put its life, and other dogs, at risk, and that is neither responsible or fair.

joshkook : I noticed that I'm reading this thread and sitting next to a picture in my living room with Philippians 4:3 and the word "Faith" above it...

Dude I hate to tell you but I'm with thenumberone. Just because you had faith your dog wouldn't die isn't why it didn't. There is a huge difference between religious faith and every day faith. For instance, just because I have faith in one of my friends doesn't mean that he's not going to steal from me or something like that.

Well I am glad you found what you were looking for and I'm glad your dog is okay. Honestly faith is a huge thing and having it can bring so much good things but just having that doesn't mean your dog is going to be okay. Mircicles do happen but for instance if you didn't get your dog that shot he could of easily got sicker and died. This would of happened to me sense I have bad luck a lot of times. Honestly you were lucky that your dog didn't die. Faith is amazing even I have faith and believe in God and follow him but the truth of the matter is if my mom was sick and was going to die if I didn't get her help and I just 'had faith' that nothing would happen to her the next thing I know she could die.. it's just the way it works. Don't mean to bring you down or anything as I'm sure the others that posted here didn't either. They were just trying to explain that what you did could of been potentially very dangerous for your dog. I love animals and I would of took my dog straight and got a shot , faith would of had nothing to do with it unless I got my dog the shot and then had faith that hopefully he would get better. Now that is different.
