I had LOADS of fun playing Super Mario Galaxy. The level design was fun, the controls were great (until you went UNDER a planet), and I was addicted to getting to chapters in Rosalina's story. Then, I got Galaxy 2... Wow, what a disappointment. A lot of the level designs felt cheap, and it ripped off of Galaxy WAAAY too much. While I did enjoy some levels, especially throw backs to older games (THWOMPS FORTERESS, ANYONE?!), and the fact that Luigi was a lot more prominent, it still felt rushed and, surprisingly, out dated. The controls were mediocre and best, the missions felt more, "Get from point A to point B" rather than, "Enjoy the ride!" All around, it lacked a lot of what made Galaxy a great game.
