I've been uploading a few videos to vizzed youtube and this is for everyone to help me with:

My case is that I can't record freely. I have to record the TV by using the couch arm rester and pressing both my legs to hold the iPod in place to record footage.

Is there a proper way to record without having to use my legs to hold it?

Picture below to show where I record my TV. Any idea how to get my iPod to sit in place to horizontally record the TV? This is something I need to know because I had problems red since July trying to record. See my 8:34.8 SSBM adventure w/Jiggly speedrun to see why. My leg hurts trying to hold the camera up for 3 minutes straight.

I don't have a computer for myself at all. All I use is my iPod, so use the pic below to figure out exactly the way to record with ease of removing leg pain.

Sorry if I am holding this up further.

If it isn't bright enough, I'm sorry. iPods have limited brightness control for pictures.

What does the area where you record it from look like? you can always stack up books and stuff and then put a little spot on the front of one to rest your ipod on so that it will just sit there and record.

Barathemos : I can't multi-picture on vizzed without uploading to album and then put img tags. So I have to explain.

The couch is like my other couch which is simply 2 arm rests on both sides, but it's length is shorter, having capacity to have 2 people sit. I sit on the armrester next to my TV which is my recording spot, and as you'd already know, it causes my right leg which is in the air with nowhere to stand on, and it cramps. My left leg isn't that comfortable but it sits on the armrester so my left leg is fine. I have a chair that has a flat seat which is next to the recording couch about 2-3 feet away. I can use the chair to stack some games on top perfectly and tall to record. I'll upload a video that doubles with a no Game Over run in the Genesis Dr.Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine when I succeed on the goal of Hardest difficulty

I actually have a even better spot to record. It's just behind my couch arm rest. it's just about flat enough (good thing!) to stack on, but guess how many games I need to get it pointing AT the middle of the screen? The amount of games I have stacked is (get this) 22! Not recommended so any other suggestions?

The picture below is the spot where I am going to be trying to record from. It's stacked on top of (aforementioned) 22 games but more like showing what it looks like.
I took the games down because it would be so weird to see the amount of stack so you don't get weirded out.

It's very hard to get a reliable record area. This isn't safe/recommended though. So I need all the ideas I can get. Also, I hate this 200kb picture post limit! It took me 12 MINUTES to post just the picture!

Also, I CAN'T even get the stupid image optimize thing to not FLIP this picture 90 degrees CCW.
