I tried to make a Pip Boy 3000 layout but it didn't work, instead of being able to upload the entire thing at once it made me divide it into 3 parts and no matter what I do I can't get all 3 parts to match up evenly, do I need to put the options to "Fixed" or "Scrolling" (I chose none)? I tried everything with Padding and that didn't work, I tried adjusting text size (that moves it a little for some reason) that didn't work either. How are the other 99.99% of layouts a full picture and mine is required to be randomly divided into 3 choppy segments? Also how do I get my text to be in a custom sized/shaped box? The only option it gave me for text was how small the text is.

To make a layout like the one in this post you need to be trusted or higher, newbie and normal members do not have this option enabled (as you already found out). You can go into the "buy layout" section of the layout page and browse layouts that have been enabled to be bought with Viz. Alternatively, you could go to the "Layout Shops" sub-subsection of the "Vizzed Market" forum located here. In these threads you can request a layout to be made according to your specifications, although each layout creator has different prices and things they can do so check each one. I used TornadoMudkip's layout shop thread to have this layout made, although her thread was closed due to inactivity I think.
