stop worrying about it.... you're more likely to die from regular flu than swine flu.

Eat healthy, get lots of sleep, wash your hands.... the normal things to prevent yourself from getting sick... that's about it.

The vaccine is up to you but I would skip this one.

i think the whole swine thing is dumb, don't get the shot it has not been tested enough to know the symptoms.. look at this.. see what it did to this beautiful girl.. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uR5p_bD3uLc

she had the shot.. and her symptoms are horrid.. i would not trust it.. just get the flu.. like other flu's out their it is a minor one and you are cured from it for the rest of you're life.. their are no real ways to stay away from it. if you have friends who have it stay away from them for a few days maybe a week..
some symptoms may be worse on other though.. but they have the cure so if it gets bad.. it is treatable.

Unless you do have the swine flu, I wouldn't be to conserned. Just do the regular things you need to not catch like washing your hands and stuff.

Yes, it's a flu and it COULD kill you, BUT, it's like any other flu, which could ALSO kill you.

If your really concerned do these two things
1) Wash you hands after every meal, and every chance you get.
2) Get the flu shot

If you combine these two steps, you will be MUCH LESS LIKELY to get the Swine Flu.

My friend HAD the Swine Flu, he's perfectly fine today. So it's fine, the Media like to make everyone scared for thier lives. It's silly.
