because I been see people Syndromes like Affected by Tails Syndrome or Affected by act like a newbie Syndrome

Under the Appearance section there is a box called "Custom title".
Put your custom title (ie: syndrome) in there.
You can use html code to make the custom title different colors.

You need to reach a certain amount of post or become a trusted member and above before you can make one.

Just go to Edit layout and make your layout, or seek some help around on how to make one if you dont know how to.
