Which books have you read that were revolting reads?

How far did you get before you closed the book and thought no more?

Perhaps you finished the book out of curiosity that it would get better or you could not allow yourself the truth that it was so bad.

I used to have a lot of trouble reading 'Around the world in 80 days' but a few months ago I actually finished it. I can't think of other books that I had problems with reading it.
