Obviously someone didn't like something you did so they rated you down.

Thumbs are where it says, for example, Thumbs: 1 on a post someone made.
Thumbs affect how much Viz you gain per post a little.
Trusted points you can see on peoples profiles.
They show how much other users trust that member and trusted members can do some extra stuff like use custom layouts (you get to do this at 100 posts anyway though).
