I was checking my profile settings to try making some changes, and I saw an option called Comet Chat Bar. I had it on, and it said it let's me have a private chat with people in my friends list. I never heard anyone mention it and don't know if it can be used, so whats's the deal with it?

The Comet Chat Bar used to be available to all members, but it was disabled a while back. I think it had something to do with server strain or something like that. David has enabled it again, but for Elite+ only.
