FF is clearly a fantasy game and thus can have a crazy story without it being ridiculous. Metal Gear on the other hand is real world based and yet they have the most ridiculous villains and story lines. Not that Metal Gear isn't awesome - it's just way too unrealistic. Snake Eater takes the cake on this one. Absolutely ridiculous.

Atleast in MetalGear you can see your enemies and strategically kill them...
