I know that there is a color chart, but that is only for the codes of 000000 and ffffff as examples. But I'm the layout there is also a section that has end blue red and green (in an order I don't remember) with numbers ranging from 0-255 and I was wondering if there is a color chart anywhere on the internet that has those combinations for the different shades of colors.

The 000000 and FFFFFF are hex codes. The other one is RGB (red green blue). They both do the same thing, and you can use either one in your layout.

If you would prefer to use RGB, you can use this chart here: http://www.rapidtables.com/web/color/RGB_Color.htm

You could also use a hex to RGB converter, such as this one: http://hex.colorrrs.com/
