If you mean the rank, not hard at all. Just be in chat, post like a maniac and stuff like that. For some reason such people still get trusted.

If you mean being actually trusted, that can be harder. Contributing to the site with things such as reviews and/or walkthroughs can give you a positive first look from other people, making you more respected. You can also post with quality, which means stay on topic, have a decent length in your posts and actually make common sense. Also help people and new members to the site, that can be efficient as well.

Vizzed.com is very expensive to keep alive! The Ads pay for the servers.

Vizzed has 3 TB worth of games and 1 TB worth of music.  This site is free to use but the ads barely pay for the monthly server fees.  If too many more people use ad block, the site cannot survive.
