I am trying to play ys 1 and 2 and it says I have ran out of viz, but I have 2,000 Viz so I have not ran out.  Does anyone know whats going on.

If you're referring to Ys Book I & II for Turbo Grafix CD, then you're actually short by like 300ish Viz. It costs 2,348 Viz to play the game.
