SUX2BU : Oh no I don't do that mashing in the cup anymore not unless it is needed for a reason.  because of how the way it is packed I used a table spoon sometimes or would pour mostly at times because I would know how much I am using. And it isn't as dry as the icing sugar, it is just soft sugar. Buy it to feel it in your hand. But be careful it gets a bit sticky as well when touching it. Please say if I didn't explain this rightly to you and I'll do my best to answer you again.

Its a cake without any oil or butter in it. The first time was a failure. When I tasted the cake, it was really fluffy and moist. So I told my mum I want to try it again. I did so, and the second time round it came out perfect! I took the pictures, I wanted to cry so much as I saw it. Also I tried out doing 2 brand new icings for the cake too. ^-^
