Hello, JC Giratina here.  I prefer to be called JC.  I am new to the site, and was recommended by a good friend.  I mostly enjoy role-playing and adventure games, but I will try just about any genre.  Not really a fan of racing games though.  If anyone has some recommendations I would appreciate it.  My favorite titles are the Pokémon games.  I am also interested in trying out some of the hacked/home-brewed games.  I look forward to making some friends here, and of course expanding my gaming repertoire.

I myself am no a big Pokémon fan, but there are plenty (and that's probably an understatement) of hacked versions of them. Now, if you want some game recommendations, I can think of a couple good ones that you may like. Now, I haven't played this, as I really just don't like RPGs too much, but I've heard amazing things about Final Fantasy VI (which I think is III in the US). Many people I have talked to said that it was one of the best RPG games that they've played. So, if you haven't already played it, give it a try. Also, one of the few RPGs that I like is Phantasy Star IV for the Mega Drive (Genesis). It's one of the best games on the system, and is a nearly flawless game altogether,
Now, if you're wondering what some of my favorite games are, I'd have to say Fire Emblem games, Ace Attorney games, Mega Man games, Mario games, Sonic games, and Zelda games.

Seto is right, there are a ton of Pokemon games. In addition to the regular Gen 1-3 games, there are dozens if not hundreds of hacks for you to play. In fact, the results foe the Pokemon hack contest just came out today so you might want to check those out. My name is zander and I hope that you have a great time here.
