This entire week I actually managed to find my happy balance with the lower calories but higher protein. The secret... eating a lot more chicken lol. I just have to find some more unique ways to prepare it so I don't get bored, but having chicken as a main dinner for at least 4/7 days out of the week is an incredibly easy way to meet my macros. I've also been enjoying getting some flavored protein powder and mixing it with greek yogurt for another protein bomb.

I just have to start getting some extra gym sessions in. I meant to go at least 5 times this week but certain circumstances preventing me from going twice this week already... I'll still go tomorrow though.
