His name was Shadow.

Shadow the Hedgehog.

We worked for G.U.N. and was standing atop the skyscraper with his arms crossed, looking down at the city on this warm night.

Shadow slowly closes his eyes and opens them again, still with his arms crossed.

Rouge stepped forward and started talking. "So, when is he going to be here?"

"Whenever he get's here." said Shadow.

"Don't you hate it when someone is late on your watch?"

"No."

"Well, I sure do, how about you Omega?" said Rouge as she span around to look at the behemoth robot who was sitting down for once.

"I do not care if they are late or early. I only care if I get to shoot them if things go wrong."

silence.

"Well, that does it, I'm bored!" Rouge exclaimed as she threw her hands into the air and sat next to Omega.

"Hmph" says Shadow as he continues to face forward.


"So you are Shadow"

A new, electronic voice comes from the top of a nearby building. Omega and Rouge turn around, Rouge, quickly flipping around, and Omega, slowly getting up before finally facing the strange figure. Shadow keeps facing out over the city.

"I have heard of your works." says the figure in a grey cloak. The voice is a little weird and deep, but speaks with some heaviness and cockiness. Definitely electronic.

Shadow slowly turns around.

He sees the figure, still cloaked. red and yellow eyes come out from the cloack, the figure was only as high as he was. But eyes looked like some kind of grid.

"What did you come to bring me?" Asks Shadow.

"Information. about Dr. Robotnik."

"What for?" Shadow was sure that it was a rouge robot of the doctors of some sort. but the robot did not seem interested in causing trouble.

"So that you could stop him."

"Let's have it then."

The robot turns toward the ocean. Omega looks intently as the robot starts to point. . . toward the ocean. Omega slightly sees what looks like a blaster finger peaking out from the cloak which conceals all of this arm and hand.

"It will come from there." He says, still pointing. 

"What will?" asks Shadow.

The robot continues pointing. . .and says. . . 

"Everything"

He turns toward Shadow and looks at him with these green electronic eyes.

"Everything you dream will never come true."

Suddenly the robot jumps up to a nearby building.

"Is that all you're going to tell us?"

The robot looks down at Shadow from the corner of a higher skyscraper.

"It's all you need to know."

He makes another Huge jump and is out of sight.

"Well." Starts Rouge. "That was useful." She remarks sarcastically.

Cute. It felt really short, but the interactions were amusing anyway. (Omega, you are forever my favourite robot XD)

I enjoyed writing this part. but I still need to go back and finish fangs story, since I submitted it half finished!
