That's already possible with certain Pokemon hacks. I think Pokemon Emerald 386 already does that.

And until the RGR figures out a way to Link Pokemon games through the emulators, that's the only way to get all Pokemon. Because Vizzed doesn't make the games, it just hosts them on here.
