My favorite games in Chronological Order

Ages
1-4 That tank game on the Atari, And Popeye the sailor man

5-8 Mario on the gameboy (the original) Turtles for the genny and sonic.

9-12 Diablo, Warcraft II, heroes of might and magic 2, Shining force for Gen, and Sega game gear, Crystal Warriors for the game gear, Dark Wizard for the Sega CD, and Kings Bounty and Shadowrun for the Genny

13-19 Morrowind, War III frozen throne Halo, halo 2 and thats pretty much it.
Except for Quake Arena for the DC, PSO for the DC, Gaurdian Heroes, powerslave, and Bomberman for the saturn (all which I have, and I have the 6 player converter with 6 controllers)

I would say Goldeneye and perfect dark, but my friends had those games. They were good but at the parties I had when I whipped out my saturn with Guardian heroes, bomberman, and Powerslave (death tank Zwie) My friends saw the wisdom in SEGA.

Best game of all time would have to be Ultima Online. I've wasted several of my years playing the game!
ugh!

oooh I'm going to have to say "Broken Sword: The Shadow Of The Templars" for PC (Revolution Software 1996). great plot, engaging characters, beautiful environments and a lovely hand drawn aesthetic.
Anyone else ever play it? I believe it was released in the US as "Broken Sword: Circle of Blood" no idea why. Perhaps people believe that you Americans love violence

Well I know this thread is kind of old, but I just got here so....

Final Fantasy VII (PS1)

Star Wars: Knights of the old republic (X-box)

Final Fantasy X (PS2)

Deus Ex: Invisible war (PC)

Vampire the masquerade: Bloodlines (PC)

Chrono Cross (PS1)

Septerra Core (PC)

I noticed that most of you are into the older games but as you can see from my picks, I'm into the newer technology age of gaming.
