Chesuf : ok thankyou for that there are a lot of things happening that didn't happen in any of my test i will work on fixing it.
 in the update V2 i fixed it and made it where you can't catch charmander because it's a starter. although i have changed more than just those two things i expect that i will have V2 up in a week or so until then i am sorry but you will have to deal with the problems. please post any other comments or suggestions here.
