I have been playing video games for quite some time now.
I play Mario, Call of Duty, Street Fighter and others.

The reason I joined was because Juliet (Capulet on ABXD Devboard) said 'I'm an active member of Vizzed', and I join any forum I hear of, for some reason, so of course I joined Vizzed, HERE. Oh, and also some members off Inane Cult Gamer are still here also.
Oops, I should have entered her into the box 'Who referred you?' but I forgot to. How do you change this later on?

I'm juuldude and I'm happy to hear you like all different kinds of games, lots of members have a specific kind they like or it's all out on Pokémon, but Mario, Street Fighter and Call of Duty are very different. For me, Mario is great, I play Call of Duty with my friends sometimes and I don't know anything about streetfighter. I don't know if you can change the 'Who reffered you?' box, as far as I know you can't change it. I also don't know if this board was ABXD, one of the staff members probably knows.

I don't remember saying that... probably because I just tend to forget stuff once in awhile. but anyway, welcome to vizzed. You can play retro games here online for free and maybe join the forum discussion (or even play with us on vizzed's minecraft server).

Unfortunately, you can't edit the referrer part, but that's fine for me since I don't really need more Viz at the moment.

As for ABXD, this board uses the original Acmlmboard and not ABXD. However, this board has already been modified a lot and more of a different kind of board when compared to acmlm by now.

My board is getting better, in fact, and I have updated the bit where it shows last post. But let's leave that for L4W2 Gamers.

 Are you going to be only in the retro game room because if so at least try the forums. 
 
 Not too many people put they like COD in their intro really so that makes you unique I guess but not in a bad way.

I know the Retro Room can be very entertaining... I've been there for almost an year before i decided that i should try the forums. And you know what, the forums are good too! So i'd suggest you be a little more active here, if you want of course.
I like the choice of games that you mentioned. They're all different, and to me, that's important. I mean, i am a Pokémon enthusiast, but that doesn't mean i play ONLY pokémon. To be honest, i play everything that i can.

Also, i'm going to give you a thumbs up on the intro. It's a lot better than the short ones that i've seen here. I shall copy parts of it for my late introduction. Yesh.

Anyway, i hope you enjoy your time here (And if you're already enjoying it, then enjoy MOAR!) and if you post more, you will meet a lot of awesome people (Like awesomeguy279... I mean, look at his name: AWESOME. He's clearly awesome ^^).

No one has logged in since late 2011, because the site is completely defunct. You can still post there, but nobody who was part of ICG in 2011 posts there anymore. It's a relic of the past. Most of the members have moved on to other things in life than forums, so you won't see too many of them around here.

The Bplaced url is down forever, so you can ignore it. It "was" the new url for the forum, but ultimately, once we gave up on ICG, it just stopped existing. I think the host had a rule that it had to have activity to stay up, and we let it go inactive because we didn't really care. You can continue posting on the uphero board, as I imagine that will be up as long as no one deletes it. Just know that the ICG that once was is no more, and never will be again.

As for the "hack", that's easily explainable as well. I forget the exact date, but back when ICG was still new and in its second iteration, some of the admins/roots of the site (I won't name names) decided it would be a funny idea to steal source code from another forum (Jul) for a home page, without giving any sort of notice or credit. Once some members of Jul were informed about this, they got a little spiteful/vengeful and decided to hack our board and destroy it basically. I'd share what it looked like after they destroyed it, but I honestly have no idea where it is now. We ended up just starting over (I think the third iteration was the uphero board you know today?) and not stealing anything from everyone (I gave the people who stole a good talking to, and I actually didn't mind when our board was hacked. We did stupid stuff, and as an admin I didn't do my job and tell them to back off, even if I didn't know they were stealing.)

Basically, we decided that ICG worked better as a chat room, since it was mostly the same people. So you'll likely never see a new iteration of ICG as a forum.

Someone "could" open up another version, but it wouldn't be ICG. None of the people who originally used ICG would be likely to sign up for it, as most have retired from forum life and gone on to the real world generally. Outside of one or two people I know from the original ICG, I'm one of the only people who might even be aware if a clone was made, as I'm one of the few who remains active on several forums.

I can still log in to ICG, and I actually recently did to post one last message on the board. But that's the last time I see myself logging in, or even going back to ICG. It's a relic of the past, one that I'm in no hurry to revive.

Anyway, what is that Hostinger box thing that appears on every page? It really gets on my nerves. And ICG seems to be the only forum I know in ABXD that has more than 1 rank set.

No idea, I never did much when it came to hosting or coding and the like. I was probably most like a community manager when it came to role.
