So I became trusted a while ago and I just noticed I don't have the comet chat bar or trusted rank in the chat room. Do I have to a higher rank to obtain this or is there something wrong?

As Juliet already said Comet chat bar is reserved for Elites and above currently, this is pointless to my actual point though.

More importantly is your rank in chat, there are two likely reasons to your sudden demotion. 1: Your upgrade time has expired and simply needs to be reapplied, or the more likely 2: Chat had a recent update to a more up to date version, everything was reset, this is probably why your rank disappeared all of a sudden, however the ranking system remains the same, just simply contact a global about it.

I hope this helps clear things up for you and all.
