Have anyone ever heard of a game called Splash Fighters(GetAmped being the Japanese name I believe)?

If you have not, its an online multi-player game that I find to be very, very creative! However, the game is litterally dieing
as a result of lack of american Game masters. 
whats worse is that the game is being tortured by someone who constantly ruins the appearance of the game.
PLUS the Game Masters (If their is any that cares) only add new weapons instead of fixing errors and lags.

I've tryed everything I have the power the to do, but It rarely effects anything. Infact the most enthusiastic user has decided to give up...

Honestly I'm just wander want you all think of this game. Do you think the older accsessories and attacks are creative?
