So I recorded one video here playing PlayStation the video lasts 2min and 48sec but the size of that file is 1,78G so it takes million years to upload it here. so anyone here know how to make the size smaller. I don't even get how it can be so large file.

Cactuar : Oh. I stopped using that because sometimes one video could upload for more than 2 hours and never finish. I would use a service such as CamStudio because when I record game videos, as soon as I finish recording, it compresses the raw file into a MUCH smaller video file and then saves that one instead of the gigantic file.
