Although he's note really an enemy, per se, but a character you can both play as and have as an opponent, the Gingerbread Man from the TimeSplitters series. I love the way he sounds. His vocals he gets hit are pretty funny, and when he dies it's even more hilarious. He's been one of my favorite characters to use when playing multiplayer.
