Not even close. I played a hack at the start of the year that spammed that item, and I can tell it's a pain to deal with. I prefer being able to defeat the opponent as quickly as possible instead of regaining health, so hold items with healing capabilities are far from being my favorite.

I'm not that fond of berries. It's fun to see the varieties and the trees that bear them, and I liked so much to make Pokeblocks back in the original Sapphire. But that's nothing related to its properties as an item. It is basically a one-use Leftovers, and I don't see the need for that.

I normally don't use poison type pokemon, so I'm not too fond of that item. The only way I'd let a pokemon hold that item is if I'm using a Drapion or a Weezing.

I'm not a big fan of hold items, I'm more of raw power strategy and exploiting my opponents weaknesses. However, the Black Glasses can be of some help, specially as much as I like to use Dark Pokemon to deal with Psychic and Ghost, so they are an item to consider for me.

Even though I use it a lot on games with an added difficulty over the average games, I wouldn't say it's my favorite for the many times my opponents use it. Only useful when facing the Elite Four, surely a life saver but not my favorite item.
