Water droplets falling down 
Upon my blackened gown
The sky grows bleak and gray
Indicating a dark, sad day

Of mourning and despair
Life is so unfair
Why did you go away?
Why couldn't I be the one to pay,
For the sin we committed?

The sin of forbidden love
Between two people of different classes
The love we felt came in flashes
Not caring if our social stances clashes

Death took you quickly and quietly
Here I visit your grave with the rain falling lightly
The rain...the rain
The rain are the tears that I shed for you

Very nice work. This poem has depth and heart to it. I could rave on about it, but with the brevity and sweetness of the emotions in the poem, a long winded reply would seem out of place.
