Well, you either have to know CSS and / or HTML code and make one yourself or you can find a board member who is willing to make you a custom layout.
Ask and look around the Vizzed Marketplace, you can check out Davideo7s layout thread at https://www.vizzed.com/vizzedboard/thread.php?id=2288 for starters.

PS: I edited your post as it was messing up the board, you need to have the code in the signature section you removed.

That goes in the signature section at the very end after anything else (for the layout you're currently using).
