Hello, I am creating this guide for one reason and that reason is because I love this game and I'd like to help those less experienced in it. Now when the game starts it will go through an event that took place the night before you start. You can skip this by pressing enter. You will start a new game, I would advise you to select the easiest setting. You can then name your character, I tend to go with the default name Bowie. Oh and before I continue let me explain something, this game is different from shining force 1 because 1. It's not divided into chapters, you can go anywhere as long as you can get there, 2. You can do battles again and again each time with stronger opponents, 3. There are items that you cane have a class hold and will make it so you can promote them to an often better class. Now I'm going to stop here for now because the computer has time limits and I have laundry to do. See ya tomorrow!

Ok, so you wake up in the town of granseal. Go down the stairs exit the building, then go right where bowie goes to school. Talk to your schoolmates and you should be okay on figuring out what to do. Now when you go to the tower just be prepared because this the first battle. My advice is to use this to train up your team a bit. Just so you know when you are deciding what for your leader to do remember that the icon on the left is magic and your leader can cast egress which makes  you flee from battle, thus you can train up your team, and revive members that have died at the church, also keep in mind that most of the time egress will take to the last place you saved in game (in other words not the f2 save). Now I'm cutting out now 'cause like in my last post the computer has time limits and I would like to spend some time playing video games. Oh one more thing if you have any specific questions just leave a reply I will get to it.
