Haha this question make me think!! In my opinion, Duke Nukem would win in a fight. I personally like him better, so i support him . But really he would win because, as you have said, he has saved the world plenty if times so this is just too easy

And even though Doomguy defeats those Cyberdemons and stuff, it's not like the Overlord and Cycloid Emperor Duke Nukem has gone up against are a walk in the park, either. By the way, Duke Nukem has got a bigger arsenal of weapons. Including that Shrink Ray. After he hits Doomguy with that he'd just squish him...

Duke nukem would win this one, it really isn't all that close, and that may be a little bit of a liking for his character more then do guy. I think he just has the skills to win that.
