As fare as I know there is no way to delete your notifications or Pms. If there is a way to do it, I don't know how.

There isn't a way. You will always have a complete record of your PMs. As for notifications, it only keeps track of you most recent 100 (although I think I counted 102 on mine). Anything past that just gets deleted automatically.
