The Sega Dreamcast probably wont be playable, if it ever becomes playable it will have to be a long time down the road. Dreamcast games are huge and I have heard there are some legal issues with having Dreamcast playable (don't know about that, just what I have heard). I hope this answers you question.

If you are dying to play on a Sega Dreamcast I would suggest buying one. You can often find them on Craigslist (or at least in my area) for very cheap and normally with a handful of good games. If you are under 18 be sure to ask parents before using Craigslist. You can also get quite a few of the games for very cheap on eBay/Amazon.
