I'm wondering if there is a limit on how many times you can reply to things before it considered a bad thing to do or spam because I just spent a while replying to a lot of posts that intrigued me .e.g. post about time travel and a post about nature. So if I continue replying to posts will I get temporarily or permanently banned or is it allowed as long as they're legitimate answers?

It sorta really depends on the type of the thread. Like debate areas you could possibly have multiple posts in one thread there but it can start being spammy some if you post after every post. But things like a birthday thread can be spammy if you reply more than once. But here is a tip try not to sandwich post meaning you post someone else and you post again.

There isn't a rule, in general, against posting continuously if your posts are legitimate. However, I believe for the Tour de Vizzed*, it will get you disqualified for the competition if your posts' time gap are too close. But it will not, by any means, get you banned.

Just make sure you stay on topic with what the thread is about and follow the rules of the Vizzed board and its individual forums (each forum may have its own set of rules that aren't mentioned in the FAQ, these are usually stickied). If you are doing what's considered spamming, then don't fret. The moderators or staff will warn you about it.

Oh, but there is a limit on how many times you can earn Viz for posting. For normal members, it's 50 per day. So if you exceed 50 posts in one day, you will not receive Viz for every post after 50.

*Tour de Vizzed is an official Vizzed posting competition that happens every 3 months; January, April, July, and October. Here's more information about the TdV

If you have any more questions or concerns, you can PM me or the Local Moderators and we will try our best to help you.
