I need help uploading my picture on to vizzed

Could someone please walk me through getting my picture on to vizzedboard.I went to edit profile and for picture it says enter full url. So the only thing I could think of was to open up my picture in gmail and then copy the text in the address bar at top of screen(that's url right?) then paste that into the box in vizzedboard/ edit profile/ picture /enter full url
I got a little icon in the box but no picture.Can someone please release me from my ignorance...

But the way to do it if it's a picture on your computer (not one you found on the net) is:
1 - Go to an image hosting site. (This one's good)
2 - Get the url for the picture, you'll probably just have to click on it or something.
3 - Paste that url in the box you are talking about.

well what i did was take a picture saved to my computer and when on the screen to upload just click the button labeled browse and it shows what picture are saved so you just select the one you want and you'll have your profile picture.
