and now out total participation is at 78. I wonder would be a good monthly posting quota. At first, I was thinking 500 posts per month, similar to the original game, but that was with just 20 users. I think the quota might have to rise.

I'd go with 10 players eliminated each month, more than 5, less than 15, a decent number. And to every new player wanting to join the game, please read the first post. Some of the posts I see are questions which answers can be found easily. This thread does need a bit less spam in my opinion, and remember to not sandwhich post. (Can't wait for game to start. ^^)

If I may inquire, what exactly is a staff members job? Create situations for the players, plan out/discuss the region/move sets/gyms/etc., or maybe both? I ask because I'd happily help out in creating the world (if it's not already all planned yet), but making up situations would be far more tasking in the long run.

Second question: Are staff members allowed to participate as well? (So long as they aren't deciding their own situations, of course.)
