I usually don't play hacks, because they're usually just bad imitations of the real game. I think that regular crystal is a lot better. In hacks they usually have the same areas, just with different images that make you try to think of different things to progress.

This hack is just Crystal modified, the routes to towns are different but the towns are the same. I think you start with one of 3 Hoenn starters in this one (I think its this one) but they are really the Johto started with the images of the Hoenn starters. There are alot better hacks out there, and worse ones. I havent played this one too much though, but it could be worth it.

I think that Crystal All is the hacked remake of Crystal. I'm pretty sure the encounter rates are different (for instance, you can find level 7 wild Eevee in the wild right next to New Bark town during the day, or level 60 Charizard/Kadabra during the night, in the same location) You can catch all 251 Pokemon (I'm pretty sure; I've never actually tried it), and the Gym Leaders and bosses have different or stronger teams (I believe Red's team are all near level 100).
