You want a PKMN rom that you could use on a GBA emu? At the bottom of the page beside the "Site Info" box and below the sponsor ad there's a link to get-your-rom.com, a place where you can find game ROMS that work on the PC and it's emus. As to where you could find a recording program I'm lost on that. Hope that this helps.

Chindogu : GYR has been having problems with roms according to some with corrupted roms stuff.

But to answer the question you could play the ones in the RGR it downloads to your computer and then you can find it in the vizzed plugin data folder. If you can't do that no one else can suggest anything else because other sites are almost like competition.
