As the title says. It can be any character, whether they're playable, enemies, or even just the NPC that has a single line or two. All I ask is that you don't come in here to start bashing the game, there's enough sh- I mean, manure that's spread around on it already by the haters.
I'd say that, of the playable ones, my favorites are Grobyc (because a cyborg shouldn't look as hot as he does, and DAT STRONGARM), Steena (because she's the reason why I learned to understand how feet can be a sexual thing), and Karsh (because seeing him and Steena, what with their fashion sense, I can see them singing a duet on Disco Night at the bar in Termina).
