Just went to load my saved pokemon gold game and hit save instead of load and lost all my hard work. does anyone know how to get it back if possible or atleast make my new pokemon lv. up faster.

Sorry but probally not, only one copy of each users save file is kept per emulator per game on the server as far as i know.
As far as leveling up faster, I dont know if theres any way to do that at the start of the game, check https://www.vizzed.com/vizzedboard/thread.php?id=5548 maybe someone posted a way there.
If not you can always ask them.
