When I try to load the game, an error message comes up and says: you need a BIOS file. Is this an error in the game, or am I missing something for real?

I'm no expert in these things, but try to reinstall the RGR Plugin, it might add that missing BIOS.

I was having that problem also but it is super easy 2 get pass.
Just click on the okay button and then click on the screen. The game will load. This works on every game that says you need a bios file. You don't have 2 re-install the rgr plugin or anything. It is that simple.
