Just so you know, many movies that are based on really old ideas come out all the time. Just a few years ago, I watched the TinTin movie which is based from 1929 and I loved it. As for Sherman, I feel that any movie that has Patrick Warburton in it is golden, and I really liked the movie, it was hilarious.

I did like the movie only because I knew the cartoon.
My niece found it bland and unentertaining because she had never seen the show and it brings nothing interesting for the kids of today.  It's really only funny when you have seen the show.  
I usually watch a lot of cartoon movies because of my job and my niece, and this one just didn't do anything for me.  It was good to watch once but that's it.

It wasa really word movie, and I have no idea what the writers and producers were drinks when they came up with the idea, but it is just crazy. It scares me that people would come up with that.

I love how the owner of this thread probably has NO idea that his thread is still going, frankly, he probably also doesn't know we insulted him . Any who, the movie was ok but, I only have seen a bit of the original show so, not that great for me.
