So I recently learned that Sony, Blockade Entertainment, and various other companies are creating a Sly Cooper Movie. Not gonna lie, I thought it was completely fan made, but it actually looks legit. 

Here's the trailer.



I'm actually pretty excited. I mean, Sly Cooper formed a greater part of my childhood/PS2 years, and playing Thieves in Time for PS3 was crazy fun and nostalgic. Are you guys as pumped as I am, or do you think this movie's just gonna crash and burn?

Wow, I just got chills. I mean, Sly Cooper used to be my life when I was young, I have more hours into that than even Fallout or Skyrim. I'll be seeing this as soon as this hits. Hopefully this won't be as disappointing as game number 4.

Well now... That was interesting...

Honestly, Every time someone makes a movie/tv show out of a game, it fails.

Mortal kombat movie? Ew. Super Mario bros. movie? yuck. All of these just seem Uber repulsilve to me...

Now, I've been playing the sly cooper games for some time now... 1,2,3 and seen bits of 4, But for some reason they never get murray right.

Sly 1, He looks like some sort of pig.

Sly 2, He STILL looks like some sort of pig...

Sly 3, Pigs everywhere. he literally looks like one of the pig guards from the second game..

Sly 4, a very high graphic pig.

Sly movie, He looks like a rhino... Why can they never get it right? And bently, he looks like some sort of mutant frog... it's just, ugh..

But honestly, This movie seems good... I would like to see it but honestly I doubt i'll get to see it anytime soon due to money problems.. But one thing I would like to see...

yoshirulez! : Yeah, I agree. Video game based movies don't really do well. A lot of times the same goes for the reverse too. 

Sly Cooper the Movie: The Game would be pretty freaking great. That level of graphic improvement would be insane to play with.

I really don't know how I feel about this. On one hand I'm excited that this movie is being creative, but on the other hand I'm not optimistic that the movie is going to be anything but complete crap. 

Also the Murray thing is 100% accurate. For some reason Sucker Punch and Sanzaru just have a really hard time drawing hippos.
