Hello Zelda's and gentleLinks, I have taken it upon myself to every once in a while come up with a random game theory, Yes, that means that this thread will not be a simple question and that's it (Eirinn takes a sigh of relief) rather, I will go in depth and pull out many cross references from the terrible latest Zelda Title, Skyward sword, let us begin!

In many Zelda games, Link has no parents of any sort, he's an orphan usually being watched by someone else who's responsible and willing to take care of him. So, that Link has no mentioned family comes as no surprise to us more familiar Zelda Fans. Also, this is a really generic thing to do with the hero's girlfriend in an RPG. Zelda only has an overprotective Father a Dad, and that's it, but I ask you, are all of Link's and Zelda family mentioned in the game? In fact, how do the people keep the population up without serious genetic issues if there are so few of them? Oh, wait. . .

They do have serious genetic issues!

. . .

. . .

So that's how we got these guys!

...

But anyways. How do you populate an entire kingdom with so few people? Magic? Well, that may be, but I think that there is a more logical answer here.

I think that there are more islands in the sky with houses and people than are featured in the game. Lets take a look at some of the other evidence for more islands in Skyward Sword.

In the bazaar, you can find a woman cooking soup, but on the table next to the soup, you can see peas, or some kind of green vegetables, along with carrots. The woman cooking the soup makes mention of some other ingredients as well.

question:

where do these other ingredients come from?

The surface?

Well, that may be, but the surface is dangerous, and most people don't believe that it exists in the game either!

How about farm islands? There are probably lots more islands out there where farming is done for crops like peas, carrots, tomatoes, and other vegetables that people eat for nutrients. Also, Pipit scolds his mom for spending the rupees that he earned on Link for housecleaning, when the money was originally meant for bread, so wheat was obviously being grown somewhere else as well.

But if there are other islands in the sky that people are raisin crops on, then wouldn't there be more people as well? Of course!

In fact, I think that Skyloft is just something like a trade city, or capital. Link probably has parents on another island out there somewhere, and they probably sent him away to college at the Knights academy. I would also believe that Zelda may have a mother, and other relatives on another island. I'll bet that although Geabora works at Skyloft, that he owns a nice rich house elsewhere with a wife and servants. If I were him, I would not just live in the knights academy my whole life, would you?

So that's pretty much all I have to say, I hope that you've enjoyed reading this so far, that makes number two of Sword legions random game theories placing this theory next to https://www.vizzed.com/boards/thread.php?id=72971. Go ahead and theorize below, and that's all folks!

Dark knight of the blackened sun. I am Sword Legion, one of many. My mask is thick, and my armor is strong. All the more necessary in a world such as this. . .
