People on vizzed technically can't give you a link to another site if involves roms or other stuff since it sorta involves advertising which isn't allowed but try searching "Super Cassette Vision Emulator" it showed some good results on first page for me.

pokemon x : Actually, the RGR Plugin automatically comes with emulators. I have used this to my advantage by playing N64 games with 1964 while I was banned.

There's an Epoch Super Cassette Vision emulator that's available for download on some Japanese site. It's linked in the Wikipedia article for the Super Cassette Vision.

I'm not sure of any emulator aside from MESS.

It's command line driven, but works.

In the command line you'd type mess -window svision -cart1 filename.extension


This is what I recommend - but maybe someone else will have a better answer.
