the weirdest thing happpend to me last night

So I was going to take a shower last night and I live in an (apartment so its just a corner from my couch to my bathroom) and I got up of the couch and that's the last thing I remember I'm standing up off the couch next remember my moms asking if I'm ok and I'm laying on the floor of my bathroom so then we went to the hospital and the doctors don't know what happened they think I was dehydrated but anyway do you guys have any ideas about what might have caused it to happen

On occasion if I get up really fast I black out and find myself walking in a direction unconsciously. Though yours seems a but more extreme.

If you are sitting or lying down and being inactive for awhile and then you stand quickly your body doesn't have time to pump blood to your brain and you pass out.  There is a medical term for it I forget it though.

First things that would come to my mind would be Blood Pressure, Blood Glucose, and Dehydration. If you didn't feel funny prior to it happening, then I would be a little less inclined to think it was Glucose or Blood Pressure, but I wouldn't rule it out. Had you eaten recently? Had you drank much water?

Did your fingers feel numb and your lips tingle? When I stand up everything goes black and I feel really dizzy with numb fingers and my lips tingle, its enough to make you fall down. I think it might have something to do with blood pressure or something. You might have the same problem.
