He leaves and says that he'll come back, but he never does. I looks like he was just dropped as a character. :/ Did he just give up the fight cause he realized that he couldn't win? That's not the Regulas I know, the real Regulas would have Killed Zoniah, a girl who almost liked him just to finish his business with Bomberman.
