Problem with transfering legendaries to X or Y?

So 2 days ago PokemonBank was released along with PokeTransporter everything is fine but i couldn't transport my legit Arceus, Darkrai, and Shaymin i mean some of my Pokémon were hacked but just to fill my Pokedex in Pokémon X and they in Legit Mode so there was no way this couldn't happen even i could transport some other hacked like a Latias or the Regis, does anyone has or have this problem?

The pokemon transporter/bank system probably found a way to tell which pokemon are illegitimate based on how the hacking device was utilized. I imagine because the Arceus, Darkrai, and Shaymin are event-only pokemon, they have an extra line of code somewhere to determine they are event-only. They do come in cherish balls with special ribbons, not to mention wonder cards, so it's easy to overlook something like that when hacking them in.

Latias and Latios could be gotten in some generations without any events triggered, and same with the regis too. Besides, you can trade any non-event-only pokemon on the GTS, so there's really no need to bother hacking those.

I don't hack any pokemon in (not my thing), and had no problem transferring my event darkrai, mew, or Jirachi.
