I'm trying to set up a PSx emulator on a un networked computer(once I get it working). I've tried googling it and tried following ePSXeCutor's 'readme' file but the config window don't pop up. If there is a 'psx help' thread and I missed it, just post a link and I'll go from there. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello, is it for play station one? If so google downloading PSX emulator. I will give you some advice if you are looking for a good play station one emulator. I highly recommend PSXfin is one of the top ones out there. It does not slow the games down or cause them to lag. I highly recommend that one. You mentioned that it was not popping up that sounds like you could a pop up blocker or a firewall getting it.

I tried to locate and download PSxFin but all I found were empty links and incorrect downloader links. I already had a zip called?ePSXe190 but when I unzipped it and tried to use it, it said it needs a bio. I downloaded the?ePSXeCutor1060 zip to make a bio, unzipped it and when I went to use it as the directions instructed, clicking the Configure ePSXe, nothing happens at all. Instructions says a pop up should appear but it don't. Since?ePSXeCutor1060 doesn't run in an Internet browser, pop-up blocker would not prevent the pop up .

BIOS files are typically not included with emulators for legal reasons.

With a bit of searching, you should be able to find BIOS packs online.
