I do believe he would like someone to make an anime rpg game, possibly java or maybe a hack.

i have a good bit of the rpg based games as roms most of mine are nes and snes and game boy game boy color and advance anything you have in mind? Breath of fire 1 and2 maybe all da final fantasy's on gameboy or maybe the ones on snes or nes? i have mario rpg dragon ballz rpg and some lunar something. havent played all my downloads yet.

There is an anime romance RPG out there made in RPG Maker 2000 called Romancing Walker. I played the whole thing, and it took 30 hours to complete. Excellent storyline, great animations to add a twist to the default battle system, and challenging enemies. You'll need the RM2K RTP (run-time-package) download to run it though. Here's a link for the actual game:

Unfortunately, you'll have to search for the RTP as I'm having a hard time finding it and my Vista laptop keeps crashing. If you have RM2K, you can edit the game too if you want.
