So are racing games better with Police Pursuit or not?! And you know what imean...have the cops chase you while your racing. Definily it makes every racing game more interesting....people do like to run away from police in the game..since its harder to do that in real life...

It depends sometimes I like an arcade racer like need for speed most wanted and the cops chase you and it is fun.  But other times I like a more simulated experience like a rally game or some Forza which are on closed courses and have no cops but can be just as fun depending.  So it depends on the game if putting cop chases in will enhance the game or not.

Most of the time, yes. There should be the option to toggle difficulty of the police, since constantly being harassed by the police while racing is annoying.
